Get an official diploma through your professional experience
Recognition of Acquired Competencies (RAC) is a simple, free process that enables you to have your skills acquired through work and life experience officially assessed and recognized. You’ll be supported throughout the process, at your own pace and according to your own schedule. At the end of the process, you’ll obtain a diploma recognized by the Ministry of Education of Quebec.
RAC, an individual approach, is also available within the workplace.
Recognition of prior learning and competencies is offered by vocational training centers in the Eastern Townships, both for individuals and company groups.
For individuals, this process allows life and work skills acquired through experience to be assessed and officially recognized.
For workers in the same company, RAC makes it possible to assess the skills already mastered by each individual, in relation to the requirements of a specific trade.
