Lydia Charron is a herdmanager at the CRIFA school farm in Coaticook. She welcomes us into her world,surrounded by the hundred or so ruminants in her care. Discover the passionshe has for her profession and the impact of her vocational training program inanimal production.

After graduating from the Centre 24-Juin in machining and completing an ASP in die-forging, Pascale Deschênes Gauthier is the only woman working in the tooling and die-forging department at BRP in Valcourt. She shares with us her contagious passion for her job as a machinist which she strangely compares to pastry making... You will notice that the FP Effect has really had an effect on Pascale.

Amélie Champagne is a teacher in the Production Equipment Operation DEP program at the EXPÉ Center in Magog. We meet her at her workplace, where she talks about her journey as a polymer materials chemist and her passion for rubber processing. It’s her love for the field that drove her to share her expertise and personal skills in a practical way through vocational training. That’s also what the FP Effect is all about! Passing on knowledge to the next generation through vocational training.
